Our concept

SmarthomeBuddie wants to make the smarthome accessible to everyone. We do this by educating customers, providing overview, advice and guidance.

SmarthomeBuddie has an online assistant who guides the customer step by step in setting up the smarthome. The assistant takes stock of the customers situation by asking questions. The assistant guarantees compatibility between the various products and offers the possibility to take over (part of) the advice and order the products.
